Return & Refund Policy – W&P Skincare Solution

At W&P Skincare Solution, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of skincare products, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Items must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products used partially or fully

  • Items returned due to dissatisfaction with results

  • Products causing allergic reactions or skin sensitivity

  • Sale items or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • International orders (final sale)


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photo/video proof

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement OR

  • Issue a refund (at our discretion)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping

⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

⚠️ Original shipping fees are non-refundable


6. Order Issues & Lost Packages

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us for assistance

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery date


7. Results Disclaimer

Individual results may vary depending on skin type and consistency of use.

W&P Skincare Solution does not guarantee identical results for all customers. Refunds are not issued based on product performance or personal expectations.


8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We actively monitor and investigate fraudulent claims and chargebacks.

Submitting false claims may result in:

  • Denied refunds

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Legal action if necessary
