Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene reasons.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Products returned due to skin type incompatibility or allergic reactions. We recommend consulting a skincare professional before purchasing.
  • International orders (considered final sale due to customs regulations).

Return Process

  1. Contact us at solutionswdskincare@gmail.com or call 937-893-3147 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return. For defective items, include photos of the damage.
  3. Ship the product back to us within 10 days of receiving the RA number, using the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns of non-defective items.
